Our services include, but are not limited to, yearly maintenance contracts, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil works, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, swimming pool maintenance, smart home automation systems, high-end fit-out works, and interior design solutions.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be due upon completion of the agreed-upon work. Detailed payment schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
